So what is it you do exactly?

Compose, arrange, and produce music for films, animation, other types of media.

What style can you write in?

The reason I got into film score type music in the first place, is that I saw it as an opportunity to make a career out of constantly being asked to write in different styles of music. I would say that one of my strengths as a musician is that I'm able to adapt to whatever's asked of me. If I'm not familiar with a particular style of music, I will research intensively until I not only know the style inside and out, but also until I feel that I can put my personal stamp on it.

How much do you charge?

I really don't have a set rate. It depends on the project, also what is being asked of me, how much time it will take, and how quickly you need it. Highly unlikely that I'd do anything for free, as I do have many commitments going on at the same time. All I can say is that I'm a musician first, entrepreneur second. For now...

Your music is cool, but how do I know it'll be a good fit for my film?

Great question! Contact me, let's see what we can figure out. Maybe I can provide a sample of what I can bring to your project.

But I already have a guy/gal that scores for me. Why would I pick you?

Well maybe you shouldn't! However just as you don't always pick the same actors for your films, you don't always pick the same composer. Sometimes it's important to change things up depending on the needs and overall aesthetic of the film.

All I can say is that I'm not just a musician, I'm a passionate film buff and have a 'story first' approach to scoring.

Anything else you want to say?

I guess just that I strive to write original music, and am not interested in writing rote film music. I love and respect the greats (Herrmann, Williams, Zimmer, Newman, etc) but I don't want to be them. They're the best at their own styles, and that's how I want to be.

Also, that I really love the collaborative process. I'm super easy going so please reach out to me for anything.
